Where we come from

We founded Liftric to rethink how regulated software gets built. We started as an independent spin-off from Immundiagnostik AG, Bensheim — a mid-sized diagnostics company where we learned firsthand what it takes to bring medical products to market.

But we wanted more than process optimization. We wanted to build products from scratch — to spin ideas, shape them, refine them, and carry them all the way to market.

Why healthcare

We chose to work in a market where products have real impact — on the health of millions of people. We see a fundamental shift happening: people taking their health into their own hands. Home diagnostics, digital therapeutics, AI-powered screening — these tools empower patients in ways that weren't possible a decade ago. We see our work as a vehicle to make that happen. Every product we help build is one more step toward giving people control over their own health.

In an era of agentic development, where AI-assisted tooling accelerates code generation, what matters most is no longer how fast you can write code — it's how well you understand the domain, how rigorously you think in systems, and how seamlessly you translate that context into regulatory-compliant documentation. Technology alone doesn't build certified products. Domain expertise does. That's what we bring.
